Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) (Outpatient Primary Care)

Location: Greenville, Texas, US; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Salary: $250,000–$350,000 per year, depending on experience

Outpatient primary care practice providing comprehensive, preventive, and patient-centered medical care.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients aged 13 and older.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct annual wellness visits, preventive care, routine physicals, and follow-up appointments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Perform office-based procedures, including joint injections, well-woman exams, minor skin procedures, incision and drainage, laceration repairs, and suturing.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, care coordinators, and referral coordinators while documenting care in eClinicalWorks.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Texas Medical License required before starting.
• Active DEA License or ability to obtain one.
• Strong interest in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Nice to have

• Experience caring for adult and geriatric patients.
• Experience with Annual Wellness Visits and preventive medicine.
• Value-Based Care or ACO experience.
• DOT Physical certification.
