Construction Project Manager (Data Center Infrastructure)

Location: Hubbard, Texas, United States; site-based role with up to 50% travel and onsite project assignments as required.

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of data center and large-scale infrastructure construction projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, contracts, change orders, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate customers, subcontractors, suppliers, engineering, field operations, procurement, commissioning, and project controls teams.
• Develop preconstruction plans, procurement strategies, staffing plans, schedules, and project execution plans.
• Identify project risks, schedule impacts, constructability concerns, and operational challenges, then develop practical solutions.
• Maintain safe, efficient, compliant delivery while balancing quality, schedule, cost, and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, engineering, business, or a related field, plus 5+ years of project management or construction experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects in mission-critical, data center, industrial, infrastructure, EPC, or heavy civil environments.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, procurement, subcontract management, contract administration, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams; proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting data center site development, heavy civil construction, or similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience with project controls and scheduling platforms, estimating, proposal development, constructability reviews, and execution planning.
