Key Account Manager

Location: Brussels Innovation Center, Belgium; on-site role

Salary: €4,525.86 per month, plus a 13th-month payment and annual variable bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain productive, long-term relationships with key customers.
• Understand customer needs, shoppers, product categories, and market dynamics.
• Adapt commercial guidelines and create customer-specific business plans.
• Negotiate contracts, promotional plans, and product innovations.
• Prepare volume forecasts and commercial plans.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal departments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• Previous commercial experience; pharmaceutical or FMCG experience is advantageous.
• Strong sales, marketing, analytical, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Experience living in Belgium or knowledge of the Belgian market.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.
• Valid driver’s license.
