What you will do
- Build relationships with dental professionals and influence product usage and recommendation.
- Represent Oral-B in face-to-face meetings, educational lunch meetings, Dental Congresses, Trade Fairs, and Scientific Exchanges.
- Own the South West London territory and drive its business strategy and success.
- Present educational content to dental professionals and larger audiences.
- Plan field activity, set priorities, make independent decisions, and achieve territory targets.
Requirements
- Positive attitude, growth mindset, willingness to learn, and desire to become a subject expert.
- Background in customer service, sales, or healthcare is advantageous, with strong relationship-building and service-minded skills required.
- Ability to work autonomously and plan effectively in a fast-changing field environment.
- Confidence presenting educational content to large audiences.
- Good digital literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Valid UK driving licence and continuous right to work in the UK from day one without sponsorship.

- Experience with Power BI or Salesforce.
