Alternative Delivery Manager (Small Modular Nuclear Reactor)

Location: Lomira, Wisconsin, United States; travel may exceed 50% depending on the assignment and project requirements.

What you will do

• Provide direction and management across all phases of alternative and collaborative delivery projects focused on small modular nuclear reactor power.
• Support business development, teaming, client pursuits, proposals, contract management, and design management.
• Build relationships with clients, owners, developers, contractors, and engineers in the mission-critical industry.
• Lead proposal delivery by reviewing estimates, developing commercial materials, and ensuring quality and compliance with RFP requirements.
• Drive decisions, communicate progress, and coordinate internal hirify.global teams with external partners and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, plus 10+ years of project or construction management experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Proposal, estimating, design, or construction experience involving nuclear projects, with an understanding of nuclear regulations.
• Required experience working for a contractor and leading key project functions.
• Experience with alternative delivery models, including design-build and EPC, as well as client management, win strategies, pricing, and scheduling.
• Technical writing experience and familiarity with scheduling, estimating, and project controls software.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicles operated and an acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
• DBIA certification.
