Strategic Planning & Operations Sr Mgr - Global Customer Capabilities & Innovation

Location: Flexible commuter role to Thousand Oaks, California or Deerfield, Illinois, with on-site work required at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $137,340.45–$185,813.55 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Support GCCI leadership in translating strategic priorities into execution plans, milestones, governance processes, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate annual business planning, budget management, workforce planning, resource allocation, KPIs, dashboards, and executive performance reporting.
• Manage leadership operating rhythms, meetings, workshops, planning sessions, town halls, and executive engagements.
• Coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives across functions, business units, and geographies, tracking deliverables, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and transformation initiatives, including process simplification, improved collaboration, and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and digital solutions.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years, master’s degree and 4 years, bachelor’s degree and 6 years, associate’s degree and 10 years, or high school diploma/GED and 12 years of Strategic Planning & Operations experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or leadership teams in strategy and operations, chief of staff, business operations, consulting, or program management.
• Experience with business planning, budget management, workforce planning, resource allocation, performance management, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, project management, executive communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to drive execution and influence without authority in highly matrixed organizations, manage ambiguity, and lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with organizational change, transformation, data, analytics, AI, or digital solutions is expected as part of the preferred qualifications.
