Salary: $232,500–$335,833 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Large Scale mAbs project and coordinate setup of a new drug substance manufacturing building.
• Manage project delivery from enabling works, permitting, and constructability reviews through design, construction, commissioning, qualification, and handover.
• Direct Engineering, Automation, Maintenance, and Commissioning & Qualification activities.
• Ensure the facility and equipment are designed, installed, qualified, maintained, and supported by validated processes.
• Deliver the project on schedule and within budget while managing risks, mitigation plans, safety, quality, and regulatory commitments.
• Build manufacturing staffing and training plans, support workforce planning, and integrate the new facility into the existing brownfield site.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Biotechnology.
• More than 10 years of project management experience, including large projects exceeding €1 billion.
• More than 10 years of experience managing large teams of over 100 people.
• More than 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience with multisite operations, global projects, and matrix management.
• Thorough knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements, with strong decision-making, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
