Underwriting Associate Operations Account Specialist - National Property

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; full-time onsite role

Annual base salary: $47,700–$78,600, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Complete applicable market new-hire training and certification.
• Learn to manage multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout their lifecycle, including rating, pricing, quoting, policy issuance, and related account activities.
• Apply standardized workflows and state compliance guidelines to support business processes.
• Analyze information from multiple sources and develop sound judgment and decision-making skills.
• Build working relationships with teammates, business partners, and agents while delivering quality products within service-level commitments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of standard business software, such as Microsoft Office or equivalent.
• Analytical thinking and judgment to compare information and make decisions.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities, collaborate effectively, and provide service excellence.
