Multi Media Account Executive (Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth)

Location: Portsmouth, Virginia, with coverage of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Portsmouth; no telecommuting.

What you will do

• Prospect and secure new business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Manage and grow an active client portfolio through long-term partnerships.
• Develop integrated campaigns across linear TV, streaming, digital display, social media, and branded content.
• Coordinate with production, creative, promotions, and digital teams to deliver campaigns.
• Present clear, data-backed advertising proposals and recommendations.
• Meet or exceed individual revenue goals and quarterly targets while tracking media trends and competitive insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of successful experience in media, marketing, or B2B sales.
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including OTT and SEO/SEM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, relationship-building, and time-management skills.
