Quality Inspector - WKND Shift

Location: Blaine, Minnesota, United States; onsite. Weekend shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.

Compensation: $17.20–$31.90 per hour, with potential eligibility for additional annual incentives.

What you will do

• Perform comprehensive product inspections using work instructions, checklists, drawings, and defined acceptance criteria.
• Use precision and non-precision gauges, meters, tools, and testing equipment to determine product conformance.
• Identify non-conforming products and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Verify that no active NCRs remain before completing product inspections.
• Prioritize inspection tasks to support departmental efficiency and delivery goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in quality processes; experience with Quality Management Systems is preferred.
• Experience with precision metal fabrication measurement tools and techniques is preferred.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, paint mil gauges, hardness testers, CMMs, measuring tables, optical comparators, and functional testers.
• Ability to interpret and apply Quality System, ISO procedures, and related documentation.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, apply math and geometry, use Microsoft Office, and lift up to 50 pounds.
