What you will do

• Support broker service activities, policy administration, claims and billing inquiries, and client deliverables.
• Process new business, renewals, Broker of Record letters, plan changes, policy updates, and endorsements.
• Maintain commission records, client databases, and case documentation according to established workflows.
• Prepare financial and market review analyses, summarize findings, and create client-facing deliverables.
• Illustrate insurance carrier renewals and new business proposals while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage assigned workflows and stay current on insurance regulations, carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and value-added programs.

Requirements

• Associate degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business technology applications.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate, high-quality work.
• Clear communication, collaboration, initiative, accountability, and willingness to learn.
