Insurance Processor

Location: Onsite in Moses Lake or Wenatchee, Washington. Occasional travel may be required for all-staff or team meetings. Relocation assistance is available to eligible candidates who must relocate.

Annual base salary: $40,000–$57,800 for Level I or $44,200–$66,200 for Level II in Moses Lake; $44,200–$64,200 for Level I or $48,400–$72,600 for Level II in Wenatchee. Annual performance-based incentive target: 6% of base salary.

What you will do

• Collect customer and applicant information in person, by phone, or in writing to complete applications, documents, and reports.
• Enter and adjust verified customer data across multiple systems for review and action.
• Monitor follow-up requirements and maintain accurate databases and files.
• Complete insurance documentation in accordance with regulations, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide clerical and customer service support, including correspondence, telephone assistance, and message taking.
• Maintain crop insurance knowledge through ongoing educational training and seminars.

Requirements

• Two or more years of related experience in insurance or general office functions.
• Ability to maintain accurate data across multiple systems while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Understanding of agriculture and insurance services.
• Strong administrative, customer service, organization, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, and ability to present general business information.
• Appropriate state insurance agent license(s) must be obtained within six months of assuming the role.
