Deals Services - Supervisor, Strategic Finance and FP&A, Advanced Decision Modeling

Location: Boston; USA and Canada

Salary: $101,000–$203,000 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Execute and review complex financial analyses and integrated operating, cash flow, valuation, and transaction models.
• Support strategic finance, FP&A, investment, planning, and deal-related decisions.
• Analyze financial, market, and industry data to identify performance trends, growth opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, capital structure initiatives, and related due diligence.
• Prepare client-ready analyses, schedules, and presentation materials for management and executive audiences.
• Coordinate engagement workstreams, monitor delivery, address issues, and guide junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced experience developing integrated financial models covering income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Strong valuation fundamentals using income and market approaches.
• Experience in client-facing engagements or supporting internal stakeholders in consulting, advisory, banking, or corporate environments.
• Availability for up to 25% travel, periodic peak workloads, and flexible scheduling to meet client deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in strategic finance, FP&A, valuation, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development.
• Experience modeling equity, debt, and hybrid instruments.
• Experience building consolidated or business-unit forecasts using bottom-up and top-down approaches.
• CPA, CFA, or progress toward a relevant professional certification.
