SFA, FP&A Enterprise BPs (EBP)

Location: Raynham, Massachusetts, United States; on-site or hybrid per business requirements. Limited travel may be required.

Salary: $94,000–$170,000 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Provide financial analysis, insights, and reporting to Finance & Tax, Administration, Legal, and HR leaders.
• Support annual operating plans, forecasts, and long-range planning for enterprise and functional areas.
• Analyze actual results versus plan and forecast, identifying drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for investment and resource allocation decisions.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership reviews and governance forums.
• Support productivity, cost-management, continuous improvement, and reporting-process improvements across enterprise functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 4–6+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate results into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel.
• Ability to work on-site or in a hybrid arrangement in Raynham, Massachusetts, according to business requirements.
