Senior Director, Business Process Management (Insurance)

Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States

Annual base salary: $126,500–$208,700, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Develop organizational strategies aligned with enterprise and business unit goals.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement large or multiple business process improvement opportunities.
• Own and optimize assigned capabilities, business areas, or technologies to maximize business value.
• Lead high-complexity, end-to-end initiatives, including benefits monitoring and realization.
• Influence stakeholders and coordinate leaders across business areas to align priorities and resources.
• Coach team members on process improvement tools, methodologies, and approaches.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in operations, project collaboration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of leading, coaching, or direct/indirect management experience.
• Experience with Six Sigma and Agile methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience.
• Demonstrated strategy development, change management, employee development, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to apply industry best practices and regulatory knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
