Global Process Lead - Procure-to-Pay

Location: Hybrid position based in the Hartsville, SC or Charlotte, NC office, United States.

Annual base salary: $138,640–$155,970, plus a 12.5% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end global Procure-to-Pay process across business units, regions, and shared services.
• Establish global process standards, align requirements, and drive harmonization across the enterprise.
• Map processes, identify improvement opportunities, implement initiatives, and measure results.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize process performance, compliance, transparency, and data reliability.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, user training, issue resolution, and governance.
• Manage globally distributed resources and drive automation, centralization, outsourcing, and KPI improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant functional area.
• Strong process knowledge and subject-matter expertise in the assigned function.
• Change management, stakeholder influence, communication, business acumen, and project management skills.
• People management and leadership experience, including the ability to manage remote and diverse teams.
• Knowledge and practical application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with awareness of relevant technology.
