TL;DR
Platform Customer Success Engineer, Data & AI (Azure): Helping internal technical teams adopt, scale, and optimize enterprise Data & Analytics platform capabilities with an accent on Databricks, Azure, data engineering, DevOps, and AI solutions. Focus on developing AI-powered support and self-service capabilities, implementing CI/CD and reusable golden paths, and solving complex cloud and large-scale data processing challenges.
Location: Warsaw Downtown Office, hybrid work model with remote work available two days per week

What you will do
- Enable internal teams to adopt and build on enterprise Data & Analytics platform capabilities.
- Develop AI-powered support, automation, and self-service solutions that improve productivity.
- Design and implement robust technical solutions with data engineers, architects, asset managers, and development teams.
- Guide users on platform setup, API integration, GitHub workflows, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
- Build reusable “golden path” solutions and provide feedback to platform engineering teams.
- Analyze recurring technical challenges and drive improvement through automation and process optimization.
Requirements
- Experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Python Spark/PySpark, SQL, Azure Cloud Services, and GitHub.
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Snyk, or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of distributed computing, large-scale data processing, Azure cloud infrastructure, and networking.
- Experience troubleshooting complex cloud-based platforms and data solutions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and customer-success skills.
