Manager - Financial Due Diligence - TMT (Finance)

Salary: $112,100–$225,500 per year, plus discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

What you will do

• Lead the execution of financial due diligence engagements for acquisition and divestiture transactions.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses and gather pertinent information from senior client stakeholders.
• Oversee engagement teams, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage client communication and resolve transaction-related issues.
• Collaborate with tax, audit, and other functional areas.
• Assist with proposals and engagement letters while supporting the development of junior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; the posting also references 6–11 years of experience.
• Experience leading diligence engagements and overseeing engagement teams.
• Strong financial analysis and client communication skills.
