Audit Senior Associate (Technology, Communications & Life Sciences)

Location: Hybrid role in San Jose, California, United States

Salary: $98,000–$128,690 per year

What you will do

• Provide industry-focused audit, assurance, and consulting services to technology, communications, and life sciences clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information, complete testing, and answer questions.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing of balance sheets and income statements.
• Test internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Discuss business recommendations with Managers and Partners while mentoring team members and building client relationships.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• Three years of audit or assurance experience serving clients.
• CPA preferred, or active pursuit of the CPA exam; eligibility to sit for the exam is required.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Project management skills, initiative, and adaptability.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, communications, or life sciences.
• CPA certification or active progress toward completion.
