TL;DR
Director, ISC Network Strategy (Manufacturing): Leading enterprise manufacturing network optimization and multi-site change programs with an accent on capacity utilization, cost and cash performance, and delivery continuity. Focus on coordinating equipment redeployment, production realignment, facility readiness, and cross-functional execution across a global manufacturing network.

Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota, US; hybrid

Compensation range: $172,900–$257,000 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

  • Lead the enterprise manufacturing network optimization strategy.
  • Run end-to-end, multi-site manufacturing change programs covering equipment redeployment, production realignment, capacity planning, ihirify.globalory management, and operational readiness.
  • Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risk registers, and mitigation plans.
  • Partner with Finance to model and track cost, cash, productivity, and service outcomes.
  • Coordinate Engineering, Quality, IT, EHS, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain dependencies.
  • Support facility readiness, regulatory and quality validations, customer qualifications, dashboards, and leadership program reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10–12+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, industrial engineering, or supply chain.
  • Experience leading complex manufacturing transformations, production realignments, or enterprise operational initiatives.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, capacity planning, facility layouts, cost drivers, ERP/MRP systems, and manufacturing IT environments.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional programs with accountability for service, cost, cash, and schedule while managing ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Experience with global, multi-site manufacturing networks and familiarity with regulatory and quality requirements.

Nice to have

  • MBA or another advanced degree.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification.
  • Background in manufacturing network design, operational strategy execution, or transformation PMO leadership.
