Sr Director Integrated Business Planning (Aerospace & Defense)

Location: Lone Tree, Colorado, United States; onsite. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance are required.

Estimated starting salary: $221,505.94–$304,570.67 annually, plus performance-based annual incentive pay.

What you will do

• Develop and lead an enterprise-wide Integrated Business Planning and Sales & Operations Planning strategy.
• Align strategy, business development, programs, engineering, operations, supply chain, talent, facilities, and finance around one integrated plan.
• Drive scenario planning, capacity and inventory strategies, risk assessment, trade-off discussions, and continuous improvement.
• Establish a single source of truth by integrating CRM, ERP, MRP, FP&A, and operations data.
• Build dashboards, analytics, executive forums, governance standards, decision rights, and performance scorecards.
• Lead organizational change, training, playbooks, communities of practice, and adoption across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in business operations, program planning, or supply chain, including at least 8 years in leadership.
• Expertise in financial planning and analysis, program or corporate finance, pricing, business analytics, budget preparation, cost control, and resource planning.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, MRP, FP&A systems, planning analytics, capacity constraints, inventory strategies, financial forecasting, EACs, and portfolio reviews.
• Proven leadership in change management, team development, governance, risk management, collaboration, communication, and strategic decision-making.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance are required. Experience in aerospace, defense, national security, NASA, commercial space, the U.S. Department of Defense, or the U.S. military is required.
