Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States; office or hybrid environment. Occasional travel may be required. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. security clearance are required.
Estimated starting salary: $167,490.31–$230,299.19 per year, plus performance-based annual incentive pay.

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic operations plans aligned with company growth objectives.
- Oversee planning, production, customer service, logistics, and materials management functions.
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Establish scalable operations processes, procedures, and standards while ensuring EHS and regulatory compliance.
- Review program and production performance, support operational budgeting and business development, and advise the Program Management Office.
- Mentor operations talent and lead change management, succession planning, and team development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 13+ years of relevant experience, including 6+ years in leadership; 17+ years may substitute for a degree.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, production, logistics, warehousing, materials management systems, and process improvement.
- Experience leading large, multi-location operations and ensuring EHS compliance.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and publications.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. security clearance.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- CPIM or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
- Background in aerospace, defense, intelligence, NASA, commercial space, the U.S. Department of Defense, or the U.S. military.
- Experience acting as a strategic partner to senior executives and leading innovation in complex environments.
