Senior Lead Customer Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Develop and execute global RMA and Warranty operations strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales operations professionals.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Oversee CRM and sales technology implementation, configuration, maintenance, and integration.
• Design RMA and Warranty workflows, dashboards, reporting systems, enablement programs, and onboarding processes.
• Partner with sales leadership, finance, human resources, and other stakeholders on forecasting, budgets, performance metrics, and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of progressive experience in sales operations, sales management, reverse logistics, or related business operations.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a matrix environment.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM and enterprise systems such as Salesforce or SAP.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, financial, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Expertise in sales process design, optimization, implementation, forecasting, budget management, and cost analysis.
• Experience with RMA analytics tools, business intelligence platforms, data visualization software, and project management.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of advanced forecasting methodologies and predictive analytics.
• Project management certification or an equivalent professional credential.
