What you will do

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Public Administration and Political Science.
• Teach research methods courses.
• Conduct research focused on program evaluation and public policy.
• Participate in governance of the NASPAA-accredited Master of Public Administration program.
• Serve on departmental, college, university, and professional committees.
• Mentor students and contribute to the development of undergraduate and graduate programs.

Requirements

• PhD in Public Administration or a related field required; ABD candidates must earn the degree before August 16, 2027.
• Primary research and teaching interests in program evaluation and public policy.
• Ability to teach research methods.
• Strong research and teaching skills.
• Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals or potential to publish in top scholarly journals.
• Potential for or prior experience seeking or securing external grant funding.
