Manager - Deal Analytics

Location: New York, United States. Moderate travel is required depending on engagement needs, with flexibility aligned to transaction timelines.

Compensation Range: $126,500–$254,700 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and manage analytics engagements supporting buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Structure engagement plans and staffing models for pre-close planning, post-close execution, and operational readiness.
• Lead client workshops to validate deal theses, investment objectives, and value drivers.
• Apply transaction planning, synergy assessment, and execution expertise to develop pragmatic analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical leadership to analytics delivery.
• Manage engagement delivery, economics, and client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or technology.
• 6–11 years of relevant experience.
• Strong program and project management capabilities.
• Experience supporting private equity or corporate transaction clients is preferred.
• Functional experience in finance, HR, IT, or operations is preferred.
• Consulting or professional services experience is preferred.
