Cloud Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Build and own technical architectures for applications deployed to AWS, Cloud Foundry, and other target clouds.
• Lead customer compliance assessments and application portfolio assessments for cloud architectures.
• Own end-to-end cloud solutions, incorporating inputs from multiple competency teams.
• Define architecture requirements for scalability, availability, security, and performance.
• Document and share technical best practices with engineering and architecture communities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience in application or solution development.
• At least 2 years of experience architecting solutions and cloud solutions using AWS, Cloud Foundry, or other cloud platforms.
• Experience leading cloud application architecture, cloud-native development, and cloud application migration assessments.
• Participation in at least 3 medium-sized or 2 large cloud application development or migration projects.
• Experience designing or implementing full-lifecycle SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS business solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience with DevOps technologies.
