Marketing & Resident Experience Specialist - U Centre on College

What you will do

• Drive occupancy and revenue through marketing, customer service, and leasing execution.
• Manage prospective resident appointments, leads, property tours, showrooms, follow-up, and leasing data.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, room assignments, and roommate matching.
• Plan and implement lease-up events, renewal events, resident programs, housing fairs, orientations, and open houses.
• Create social media content, audit property websites and digital listings, and prepare required reports.
• Build relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and university partners while supporting property presentation and maintenance standards.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in leasing, marketing, or sales.
• Experience interpreting business correspondence and leasing documents.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Clemson, South Carolina.
• Availability for a possible on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in student housing.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Social media experience.
