Multi-Site Leasing & Marketing Manager

Location: Onsite at assigned properties in Gainesville, Florida, United States; daytime business hours and up to six days per week during peak times.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support Experience Team Members while helping General Managers maintain training and compliance standards.
• Support move-in, move-out, and annual turnover processes across multiple communities.
• Inspect property appearance, coordinate work orders, and monitor resident feedback on facilities and maintenance.
• Guide sales and revenue activities, use KPIs to identify trends, and help teams achieve performance goals.
• Conduct weekly market surveys and recommend local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Oversee on-campus and in-person marketing events, social media activity, communications, promotional materials, and property incentives.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience; two years of customer service, sales, community management, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous multi-site experience and willingness to work up to six days per week during peak periods.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate across management levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems, including Entrata.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
