Leasing & Marketing Manager

Location: Hillside San Marcos, San Marcos, Texas, United States; onsite at the assigned property. Daytime business hours, with up to six days per week during peak times.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Experience Team Members while supporting training and compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and company policies.
• Support leasing, sales interactions, revenue goals, and customer experience initiatives.
• Coordinate move-in, move-out, and annual property turnover processes with onsite leadership and facilities staff.
• Inspect property appearance, coordinate work orders, and monitor resident feedback on facilities and maintenance.
• Analyze KPIs, conduct weekly market surveys, and recommend local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Oversee onsite and in-person marketing events, social media communications, promotional materials, and marketing incentives within budget.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience; two or more years in customer service, sales, or community management is preferred.
• Experience or capability in marketing and leasing, with a customer-centric mindset and brand awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate across management levels.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
