Senior GxP Engineer, Endpoint Engineer (SCCM)

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, with a 70/30 in-office work model. Only U.S. persons are eligible due to U.S. export control requirements.

Salary: $130,800–$209,400 per year, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity.

What you will do

• Own and manage the SCCM/MECM environment supporting GxP operations, including configurations, task sequences, collections, baselines, and deployments.
• Build and maintain validated, audit-ready endpoint infrastructure for operating system deployments, in-place upgrades, patching, and application distribution.
• Define GxP configuration standards, SOPs, deployment controls, and quality-controlled change processes.
• Coordinate patching and deployments with QA, GxP Support, Application Owners, Cloud, Identity, and Lab Engineering teams.
• Produce compliance reports, validation evidence, knowledge base articles, and operational guides.
• Act as the escalation point for packaging, deployment, compliance, and environment-specific failures affecting GxP systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience administering SCCM/MECM, including task sequences, OSD, collections, compliance baselines, and application deployments.
• Experience managing endpoints in GxP, GMP, or other validated environments using QA and change control processes.
• Hands-on experience with in-place upgrades, PXE imaging, patch management, and third-party patching integrations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for change control, approval workflows, and incident tracking.
• Ability to create comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base materials aligned with GxP validation standards.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person under U.S. export control laws; non-U.S. persons cannot be sponsored for an export control license.

Nice to have

• Experience with co-managed SCCM and Intune environments or JAMF Pro in validated systems.
• Knowledge of GAMP 5 or equivalent regulated-system validation frameworks.
• Experience preparing QA audit documentation or participating in endpoint validation testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager, ITIL, or CompTIA Security+ certification.
