Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Gillette Plant, Łódź, Poland

Starting salary: 13,500 PLN per month

What you will do

• Manage production processes to maintain efficiency, quality, reliability, and safety standards.
• Lead project launches and implement initiatives that improve plant operations.
• Drive automation initiatives and optimize processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Take ownership of processes and projects from the first day.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and apply technical and leadership skills in daily operations.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or graduate within the last two years from a technical university.
• Degree in mechanics, mechatronics, automation and robotics, chemical engineering, process engineering, production engineering, or a related field.
• Experience eliminating losses in production or other processes.
• Fluent Polish and proficient English.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, analytical thinking, initiative, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
