FP&A Intern (Finance)

Location: Milano, Italy; hybrid workplace

Internship allowance: €1,000 gross per month; €8 meal vouchers.

What you will do

• Support business planning and budgeting through reporting, data management, and analysis.
• Prepare budget and forecast versus actual reports, ad hoc analyses, and presentations for budget owners.
• Build quarterly comparative analyses of operating and financial data.
• Develop financial models, analytics, management summaries, presentations, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with revenue management, category finance, and operations finance.
• Participate in weekly Finance Team meetings and independently manage assigned projects.

Requirements

• Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a Master's degree program, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Strong analytical thinking, commitment, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficient English and Italian are required.
• An EU Working Permit is required; the Orientation Year Visa is not accepted.
