Junior Controller

Location: Belluno, Italy; regular on-site presence is required.

Salary: €27,000–€32,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and management presentations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to record revenues, expenses, and other transactions accurately.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor financial data, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective actions.
• Maintain accounting controls and support improvements to reporting and business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Native Italian and intermediate English are mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance, accounting, controlling, auditing, financial analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, or forecasting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
