Snr Specialist, Marketing Operations - APAC

What you will do

• Engage marketers in refinement sessions to clarify strategy requirements and finalize solution intake.
• Design, build, and deploy custom or experimental messaging solutions across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels.
• Conduct self-quality assurance testing, marketer user acceptance testing, and peer reviews.
• Monitor deployments to identify, remediate, or mitigate potential bugs during critical launches.
• Use business intelligence reporting and analytical queries to measure solution impact and inform future refinements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or equivalent applied roles.
• 1+ years of experience working in agile teams.
• Applied coding experience with template scripting languages such as Liquid or Handlebars.
• Working knowledge of messaging best practices and experience designing experiments with bias reduction in mind.
• Strong writing, communication, analytical, and quality-assurance skills.
• Verbal and written proficiency in English required; availability for on-call support during business-critical launches.

Nice to have

• Messaging platform certifications in Braze, Adobe Experience Manager, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Verbal and written proficiency in multiple languages.
