Earned Value Management Analyst

Location: On-site in Huntsville, Alabama, United States; regular travel to out-of-state customer sites may be required.

What you will do

• Coordinate Earned Value Management analyses and develop standards for collecting, tracking, analyzing, and distributing cost and schedule data.
• Prepare formal reports, briefs, surveillance plans, and assessments of contractor EVM system compliance.
• Advise Integrated Product Teams on cost, schedule, and performance trends.
• Conduct EVM training and brief earned value analyses as needed.
• Report significant EVM issues, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate participation in Integrated Baseline Reviews.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience supporting defense programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in mathematics, engineering, business, or the sciences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Winsight, Cobra, Deltek software, or other EVM and data analysis tools.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret-level security clearance are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel to customer sites when required.
