Data & Evaluation Analyst (Human Capital Analytics)

Location: Hybrid work in Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic Region, working on and off the client site. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Analyze data for human capital program evaluations and reporting.
• Conduct evaluations using HRStat, OPM guidelines, and GPRA Modernization Act standards.
• Develop accurate documentation, insights, dashboards, datasets, and compliance evidence.
• Support data-driven decision-making for federal human capital programs and NSF stakeholders.
• Contribute to digital transformation, process automation, IT system integration, workforce planning, and performance-based service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data or IT-related studies.
• At least 4 years of analytics experience.
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship, including H-1B and TN sponsorship, is not available.

Nice to have

• Government and public services sector experience.
• Experience with human capital analytics, compliance, HR technology ecosystems, or federal human capital management policies.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, or Visio.
• Security clearance eligibility or existing clearance.
