Business System Owner HighRadius Cloud Analyst (HighRadius)

What you will do

• Support daily HighRadius Cloud operations for Collections and Cash Application, including platform health checks, overnight job monitoring, worklist review, ticket triage, and SAP data synchronization checks.
• Monitor collection strategies, automation rates, collector adoption, DSO, overdue trends, worklist completion, and auto-match performance.
• Gather business requirements and prepare specifications for HighRadius upgrades and configurations across 80+ countries.
• Coordinate UAT, regression testing, test scripts, key-user training materials, incident resolution, and post-go-live issue follow-up.
• Maintain configuration documentation, KPI dashboards, reporting, training materials, and HighRadius data foundations.
• Manage vendor ticket governance, SLA tracking, ServiceNow change requests, RCA follow-up, service reviews, and QBR preparation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Collections and/or Cash Application within an Order to Cash environment.
• Hands-on experience with HighRadius Cloud Collections and/or Cash Application modules in a multinational company.
• End-to-end knowledge of dunning, dispute management, customer segmentation, payment matching, deduction management, DSO, and collector productivity.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration with HighRadius, collection strategy configuration, worklist management, dunning rules, and cash application matching rules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English required. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.

• Experience supporting Business System Owner responsibilities and governance.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and Jira for incident and change request management.
• Business acumen and experience contributing to technology roadmaps.
