What you will do

• Process transactions within the assigned shift.
• Handle inbound and outbound international calls.
• Gather and provide the required information and documents.
• Process sensitive information with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Take ownership of assigned work and operate independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Graduate or undergraduate degree.
• At least one year of international voice experience, preferably in the most recent organization.
• Excellent communication skills for handling international calls.
• Strong focus, patience, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints.
