Maintenance Operations Supervisor (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio; the role will be located at the Cincinnati, Ohio facility. Onsite work is required. U.S. citizenship is required because the role requires obtaining and maintaining a U.S. government-issued security clearance.

Manufactures jet propulsion systems for unmanned aerial defense using additive manufacturing, with production exclusively in the USA.

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and execution of major facility, infrastructure, and capital projects.
• Manage facility and equipment maintenance programs, including planned and unplanned repairs for CNC and support equipment.
• Own maintenance performance metrics such as equipment uptime, preventive maintenance compliance, MTTR, MTBF, reliability, and downtime reduction.
• Lead maintenance technicians and contractors while managing CMMS workflows, resource allocation, planning, and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate facility planning, modifications, vendor management, design reviews, space planning, permitting, and construction activities.
• Manage maintenance and capital budgets and collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, EHS, and finance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading facility maintenance, equipment maintenance, and/or capital project programs in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, operations management, or a related technical field preferred.
• Experience with complex facility expansions, capital projects, infrastructure investments, CMMS systems, and maintenance planning.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and industrial facility systems.
• Leadership, workforce planning, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting CNC machining or additive manufacturing equipment.
• Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certification.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or high-reliability manufacturing.
• Experience with reliability-centered maintenance, predictive maintenance, or CMMS optimization.
