hirify.global is an esports and gaming organization with a Finance & Accounting department.

What you will do

• Verify and review payment documents for vendor payments, reimbursements, cash advances, and other financial transactions.
• Ensure payments comply with company procedures, agreements, supporting documentation, approval processes, approved budgets, and financial controls.
• Prepare Journal Vouchers and maintain accurate accounting records in the correct reporting period.
• Monitor accounts payable, outstanding invoices, aging payables, vendor payment status, and cash advance settlements.
• Review withholding tax documents and certificates before payment processing.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Accounting, Tax, Operations, and other departments while maintaining organized records for audits and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Tax Brevet A and B certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions for financial analysis, reporting, and data processing.
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and tax compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
