Associate Finance Manager (MedTech)

What you will do

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the MedTech business.
• Analyze operating results and track financial goals including sales growth, net income, and free cash flow.
• Work with commercial leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to establish budgets, forecasts, and projected business needs.
• Prepare annual budget, rolling forecast, business review, and ad-hoc financial analyses.
• Coordinate month-end closing and track A&P, CAPEX, overhead, SG&A, and cost-center spending.
• Support price review, transfer pricing review, and the development of a sustainable financial compliance framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience, including analytical or management accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of macros and financial systems such as TM1, Cognos, or SAP.
• Experience with budget management, expense controls, financial risk management, internal controls, or Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
