What you will do
- Prepare payments for import declarations and tax obligations.
- Coordinate vendor payments with the Shared Services Center team.
- Monitor weekly cash flow and support payment planning.
- Prepare and record prepayment and accrual journals with supporting working papers.
- Reconcile tax payments and reporting, including VAT and withholding taxes.
- Complete month-end reconciliations, control working papers, reporting, and backup support for the Finance Controller.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of finance experience in a multinational company.
- Chartered Accountant and/or Company Secretary qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with SAP or another major ERP system.
- Strong business sense, change management skills, independence, communication, and teamwork.
- Must be domiciled in Jakarta, Indonesia.
