Maintenance Planner (Oil & Gas)

Location: Carlsbad, New Mexico, United States; up to 10% travel.

What you will do

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities, capital work, labor, materials, and tools.
• Coordinate resources and workloads to minimize operational disruption and process downtime.
• Maintain standardized job plans, bills of materials, and asset master data in CMMS and EAM systems.
• Use SAP and scheduling tools to support work orders, system testing, enhancements, and digital tools.
• Review operational, maintenance, and financial data, resolve discrepancies, and prepare information for audits and performance analysis.
• Participate in downtime and project planning meetings, aligning scopes, business impacts, and execution with stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least two years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to support maintenance and operational teams at oil and gas facilities and compressor stations.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
