Manager, Games Management Systems - Translation and Press Apps

Location: Onsite at the Downtown Los Angeles office, Los Angeles, California, United States. Work may include evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak event periods. LA28 does not provide relocation assistance.

Annual base salary: $88,000–$115,000.

LA28 is an independent, non-profit, privately funded organizing committee responsible for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

What you will do

• Implement and manage prioritized LA28 business solutions, including remote simultaneous interpretation technology.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business use cases, requirements, objectives, success criteria, project plans, and resourcing.
• Evaluate technologies, develop RFPs, assess vendor responses, and identify system enhancements.
• Support integrations between enterprise tools and business systems, including planning, implementation, testing, and release activities.
• Analyze processes, recommend workflows and automations, and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate user support, vendor enhancement requests, SLA-based issue triage, system availability, cybersecurity, architecture, and risk mitigation activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering technical software solutions.
• Experience managing end-to-end technical implementations, including scope, issues, risks, priorities, and delivery schedules.
• Experience with structured deployments, user acceptance testing, and release management.
• Fluency in project management frameworks such as PMP or Prince2 and tools including Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, or MS Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Ability to work onsite in the Downtown Los Angeles office.
