Manager, GMS - Games Services Apps (Project Management): Delivering and integrating games management applications supporting Medical, Logistics, and Architecture systems with an accent on requirements, structured deployments, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on managing implementation roadmaps, coordinating testing and release management, and ensuring dependable integrations and operational support for Games-scale systems.
Location: Onsite in the Downtown Los Angeles office, Los Angeles, California, United States. Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required during peak periods and the Games.
Annual base salary: $88,000–$108,000.

What you will do
- Deliver a prioritized roadmap of business solutions spanning Medical, Logistics, and Architecture technology.
- Align stakeholders and document use cases, requirements, success criteria, and project plans.
- Evaluate technologies, develop RFPs, assess vendor responses, and identify system improvements.
- Support integrations between enterprise tools and business systems.
- Coordinate the IOC, functional areas, service providers, and venues around schedules and Games milestones.
- Plan and support application testing, release activities, operational support, SLA coordination, and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on experience administering technical software solutions.
- Experience managing end-to-end technical implementations, including scope, risks, priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Experience with structured deployments, user acceptance testing, and release management.
- Fluency in project management frameworks such as PMP or Prince2.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, or MS Project.
- Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles; does not provide relocation assistance.

- Strong relationship-building, diplomacy, assertiveness, and change-management skills.
- Interest in or experience working for a non-profit or in the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
