What you will do

• Manage and monitor large Hadoop clusters with more than 200 nodes.
• Perform Linux administration, including SSH-based remote access and software installation with RPM and YUM.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Traefik, and related cloud system components.
• Gather system status and support operational monitoring.
• Use infrastructure automation and configuration tools including Ansible, Terraform, Helm charts, and CloudFormation.

Requirements

• United States citizenship and a position-appropriate security clearance are required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with an agency-appropriate polygraph is required.
• Hadoop or Cloud System Administration certification and five years of experience managing and monitoring large Hadoop clusters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or four additional years of relevant project experience in lieu of the degree.
• Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm charts, Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform, and Traefik.
