Group Leader, Warehouse (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Wilson, NC, United States; onsite warehouse operations

Hourly range: $18.79–$26.36 per hour

What you will do

• Plan shift workloads, delegate assignments, and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
• Receive, move, repalletize, wrap, label, and store pharmaceutical raw materials and finished products.
• Complete SAP P55 and P83/EWM transactions for receiving, material movements, staging, shipments, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, production material picks, returns, waste handling, and movement between site buildings.
• Handle and reconcile controlled substances while maintaining required documentation and accountability.
• Train warehouse operators, support investigations and cycle counts, and escalate operational issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of warehouse experience, including receiving and powered industrial equipment.
• Experience with SAP or a similar warehouse management system.
• Leadership, communication, basic computer, and calculator-based mathematical skills.
• Ability to follow procedures, cGMP requirements, and assigned logbook processes.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or other regulated-industry experience.
