What you will do
- Provide deskside and end-user support for desktop and laptop users.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office environments.
- Perform break/fix support, IMAC activities, data migrations, and PC refreshes.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Windows hardware and software.
- Support Windows XP and Windows 7 migrations.
Requirements
- Professional experience in deskside or desktop support.
- Strong end-user troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting Windows XP and Windows 7.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, or 2010.
- Knowledge of desktop and laptop installation, configuration, and upgrades.
