What you will do

• Define maintenance strategies with the Facility Management partner to ensure reliable performance.
• Contribute to facility design strategies and develop technical standards.
• Maintain equipment regulatory compliance, address inspection findings, and report the site's regulatory status.
• Analyze technical solutions and recommend improvements to efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead or support deviation and root cause investigations, HSE and CAPA action closure, and emergency response.
• Manage vendors, communicate issues and resolutions, support site walks, and monitor HSE, quality, work management, and KPI compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Extensive experience establishing and maintaining safe work practices in current Good Manufacturing Practice environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Wastewater Treatment Plant experience.
• Massachusetts Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator License or willingness to obtain it.
• HVAC license.
• Refrigeration or EPA certificate.
