NetSuite Administrator (NetSuite): Administering and scaling Sonar's NetSuite instance and related Finance and Accounting systems with an accent on SuiteScript development, integrations, automation, and IT general controls. Focus on designing custom ERP solutions, executing data migrations, maintaining API integrations, and ensuring secure, compliant system operations.
Location: London, United Kingdom; on-site with anchor days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Candidates must be based in London or be willing to relocate.

What you will do
- Administer, configure, maintain, and secure the NetSuite instance and related Finance and Accounting systems.
- Manage users, roles, permissions, access, change management, incidents, and system documentation.
- Design and maintain custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
- Develop and troubleshoot API integrations with third-party systems and optimize workflows and automation.
- Lead data migrations, transformations, data quality assurance, testing, and QA for system enhancements.
- Build dashboards and reports, train end users, and evaluate IT General Controls gaps with internal controls and external assessment partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience administering NetSuite and supporting Finance and Accounting applications.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and their integration with business processes.
- Experience with SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0, JavaScript, and RESTlet or SOAP APIs.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification required.
- Experience designing and implementing IT general controls for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce CPQ, Pigment, Aptitude, Stripe, or procurement tools.
